Conditions for Approval

Valid Existing Permit

The original permit must be in Active status.

Documented Land Conveyance

The applicant must provide recorded deed and closing documentation proving the property has been sold to the new owner.

No Outstanding Violations

The permit must not have any outstanding compliance violations at the time of transfer.
