TemporaryAuthorizes temporary groundwater use for up to one year (365 days). Suitable for extended construction projects, temporary agricultural operations, or other uses requiring groundwater access beyond 90 days. Requires standard review but not Board approval for uncontested applications.

Conditions for Approval
Temporary Beneficial Use
The water must serve a legitimate temporary beneficial purpose.
Duration Limit
Total use period must not exceed 365 calendar days.
Basin Impact Assessment
OWRB staff will assess whether the temporary use poses risk to the basin or existing permit holders.
