Conditions for Approval
Temporary Beneficial Use
The water must be used for a legitimate short-term beneficial purpose.
Duration Limit
Total use period must not exceed 90 calendar days from the permit start date.
No Permanent Infrastructure
Temporary permits do not authorize construction of permanent well infrastructure.
